When you first walk in the door, I am there to greet you with a smile. As Administrative Patient Facilitator, I wear many hats. If you are a new or existing patient needing to review
treatment, finances or insurance, or to schedule an appointment, you will speak with me. If you are a new patient, I will conduct your first appointment and be your "go to" person, whatever your needs may be. My number one priority is YOU! Welcome and thanks for visiting our website! In my position of Administrative Assistant, I am one of the first people you will meet when you enter our office. I work at the front desk and some of my duties include handling the phones, scheduling appointment, filing your insurance claims and assisting with your checkout. I strive to help make everything go smoothly during your visit. We have a friendly and professional staff whose goal is to make you feel comfortable and provide you with quality care.
